- Once the mango is peeled, cut it and make pieces.

- Once all mango’s are chopped add mango kernels and peel in bowl, add water and wash it nicely using your hands.it will help to remove pulp from peel and kernels.
- Once it is washed squeeze out the peel and kernels and remove them. Add that pulpy water in grinder along with chopped pulp and sugar and milk.
- Grind it and make nice puree. Add sugar / milk as per you taste. You can add cardamom powder if you like.
