The ingredients needed to make Tzatziki sauce:
- Get 1 large cocumber
- Get 1/4 tsp for add in cocumber
- Get 1 cup Greek Yoghurt
- Take 1 pod garlic

- Take 1/4 tsp ceyane pepper
- Make ready 1/4 cup Olive oil
- Get 1 tbsp white vinegar or fresh lemon juice

Instructions to make Tzatziki sauce:
- First peel cocumber and grate it with grater.
- Then Add 1/4 tsp salt and keep it for 5 to 10 minutes so that cocumber will release it’s water.
- Now in another bowl add Thick Greek yoghurt or hanged yoghurt.
- Now add salt. Black pepper powder,ceyane pepper,white vinegar,👇🏻
- Chop or grate garlic pod in it
- Then add olive oil.
- Now take any kitchen towel and squeeze the excess water of cocumber.
- Now add in yoghurt mixture mix it well.
- Now chop fresh Dill leaves and add in yoghurt mixture.
- Now finally sprinkle pinch of ceyane pepper and add some olive oil.
- Garnish with mint leaves…
- Tazikzi sauce are ready enjoy this yummy yoghurt dip with some nachos or pita bread..
