The ingredients needed to make Bruschetta:

  1. Make ready 1 loaf sour dough bread stick
  2. Get 200 grams grams Sliced Pancetta
  3. Prepare 12 unit Quail eggs
  4. Take 1 box Cherry tomatoes
  5. Get 1/4 cup Goats cheese
  6. Make ready 1 unit Balsamic glaze
  7. Prepare 1 bunch Your favourite micro herbs
  8. Get 20 ml Ertra virgin olive oil

Instructions to make Bruschetta:

  1. Slice Bread stick on angle so that the size can be easily hand held.
  2. In a non stick pan on a low heat fry 3 of the Quail eggs for 1 serve to your liking
  3. Whille eggs are slowly cooking, toast bread and quarter cherry tomatoes
  4. When bread is slightly golden wrap each piece a slice of panetta.
  5. Place cherry tomatoes on bread as well as some goats cheese
  6. Decorate plate with balsamic glaze and place your Bruschettas on the plate
  7. Add your eggs, Extra virgin olive oil and mocroherbs, if you like place a little more goats cheese around the plate
