- In a pan heat one tbsp of olive oil. Then put chopped garlic in it. After few second add chopped onion. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
- Then add carrots, beans, capcicum, sweet corn. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt. After few second add Italian seasoning. Mix well. Switch the flame off and let it cool. Add grated cheese and keep aside.
- Take a bowl add olive oil, salt and one egg. Whisk them properly. Then add all-purpose flour in it and mix well. Mix gently so that it looks like sand.
- Add little water and knead the dough for 5-7 minutes. Or until it becomes smooth. Put it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
