- Now shallow fry the coated chunks to brown to deep brown in colour
- Now add the oil. Wen its heat enough add the garlic, ginger, onions and capsicum and cook well..
- When it is half cooked add salt, black pepper, soy sauce, red chilli sauce and ketchup to it and mix well
- Now add corn flour slurry to adjust the gravy consistency and add fried chunks.. Add vinegar on the top of it and mix well
- Put of the gas and garnish with spring onions or coriander
