- Take a wok or kadhai add two cups water when water heated then add rice balls boil it on high flame untill they float.now cover the lid and cooked for 3 minutes when they float turn off the flame.transfer the balls in a plate
- Take a pan add oil heat it then add asafoetida,mustard seeds and curry leaves saute then add rice balls and toss them for few seconds on low flame.transfer into serving plate squeeze lemon juice and serve it.
