- Put a small amount of cooked burger onto ricotta cheese and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese lightly. And proceed to roll the noodle towards the plain end of noodle and repeat until pans are full.
- Top noodles with enough sauce to evenly coat them and place in over at 400deg for 1 hr
- Remove pan and top it with mozzarella cheese (parmesan is optional) return to oven until cheese is melted.
