- Pour into the skillet used to cook patties cook on medium low heat until it starts to thicken then return patties to pan, cover and simmer 15 min flipping once adding cheese slice on top last 5 min to melt
- Meanwhile in separate skillet melt butter then sautee onions mushrooms and remaining garlic until soft then add marsala cook 2-3 min
- Serve patties topped with onion and mushroom mixture and smothered in sauce
- As a side I like to boil noodles drain add a few scoops of the salisbury sauce and sprinkle with parmesean
