Instructions to make Cinnamon Rolls:

  1. For filling in Roll:Take brown sugar 1 cup, half cup cinnamon powder then take a big bowl add brown sugar, cinnamon powder, butter 1 Brick, 1/2 spoon kesar and mix well.
  2. Now I have adding my ingredients kesar, chocolate syrup 2 spoon, vanilla essence 1 spoon mix well and make a filling for Roll.
  3. Now take 2 and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour add 1 Brick unsalted butter 2 Spoon Sugar,1/2 Spoon Salt, 1 spoon vanilla essence, 1 spoon Baking Powder, 1/2 spoon baking soda, 1 cup curd mix well and knead a soft dough and rest for 10 min.
  4. Afterwards with the help of the maida, dust it, roll it in square shape, put the filling into it and spread it all over.
  5. Now after spreading filling roll the square shape chapati in cylinderic shape cut into equal pieces.
  6. Now grease the container with oil or butter then put the container into the kadhai or Pan cover the lid cook for 30-35 min in between after 15 min. Grease the Roll with Butter then again cover it and cook till golden brown colour on medium flame first 5-7 min on medium flame.
  7. Now after cooling down on room temperature. Some garnish with Milkmaid and Some with chocolate syrup spread on the toppings then sprinkle colourful sugar sprinkle and Enjoy it. Delicious Cinnamon Rolls in my way.β€οΈπŸ˜πŸ˜‹
