Instructions to make Cinnamon Rolls:

  1. In mixing bowl add milk and vinegar. Mix well and keep cover for 10 minutes.
  2. In another mixing bowl seive maida flour. In it add baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add milk- vinegar mixture and melted butter. Mix well and bind into dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  4. In another mixing bowl add brown sugar, soften butter and cinnamon powder. Mix well to make creamy mixture.
  5. Knead dough again and roll into 1/2 cm rectangular shape. Apply prepare brown sugar+butter+ cinnamon creamy mixture all over it.
  6. Fold into 3 flaps. Roll gently so it stick. Cut into 6 equal portions as shown.
  7. Cut each into 2-3 strips, taking care to cut upto 3/4 part. Twist to make braid,tuck both edges. Tuck both edges to get cinnamon Place prepared roll tin muffins. Prepare all cinnamon rolls similarly.
  8. Add salt in kadhai, on it placed stand. Heat on medium-low flame. Cover and bake for 20-25 minutes on medium flame till crispy golden brown. Brush butter on each baked cinnamon rolls for glazing.
  9. Serve/ Relish Delicious Sausage Cinnamon Rolls by dusting sugar powder on it.
