- Chop, cut and assemble everything.
- Take a pan add water. Add jaggery to it. When the jaggery starts melting add cinnamon stick and cardamom cloves. Add the aam papad (mango bars)
- When the bars started melting add dates and raisins. Mix all the ingredients well. Switch off the flame allow it to cool down completely. Add rest of the dry fruits and fruits into it after cooling down. At the end add lemon juice and garam masala
