- Wash the thuvar and add in cooker
- Add water until desolve. Make it five visel
- Take a kadai add oil after oil heated add jera, asafodita and curry leaves
- After open the cooker add tamarin juice, salt, chilli powder, Coriander powder into the cooker. Mix it well and pour into the kadai. Boil for five mins
