  1. Warm your milk make sure it’s luke warm not cold and cant burn your finger
  2. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, margarine,half teaspoon cinnamon,milk, salt, egg then make a soft dough.
  3. Make a ball shape and put it back in the bowl cover it and let it raise until double in size
  4. Roll the dough rectangle shape on a surface not too thin or too thick.., apply your jam sprinkle cinnamon powder evenly and not too much add sultanas if need be it’s optional..,fold from one end rope like shape the cut the rounds with a knife and bake at 190degrees. after well browned remove from the oven and apply margarine on top
