- Take it out one punch and knead again. Drizzle few drops of olive oil on baking tray and spread the dough on that. Once the dough has risen briefly, you dimple it with your fingers (my favorite part of this bread)
- I added some olives, capsicum, jalapeno, coriander and shredded mozzarella on the top.
- Preheat the oven at 200 and ur the bread inside. It will be done in 40-50 minutes.
