  1. In a large bowl combine the flour,sugar,salt and yeast. In a microwave safe bowl combine the water,milk and margarine and microwave it for about 1 minute until the margarine is melted and the liquid is blood temperature.
  2. Combine the dry and wet ingredients, add the egg and knead the dough for about 10min by hand or with the help of a stand mixer. Prevent adding too much flour, the dough is meant to be sticky. When your dough is kneaded it should no longer be sticky. - Rest the dough in a greased bowl for 15min.To make the filling, combine margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Roll out the dough to a quarter of an inch thick. Spread on your filling. Roll it out and cut into 12 equal pieces. Place them into a square baking tin, cover it with foil and let it proof for 45min uncovered and bake for 20 min at 180°C.
  4. To make the glaze combine the icing sugar milk, vanilla and salt and smother the cinnamon rolls when sausage. Enjoy when warm!
