The ingredients needed to make Focaccia bread:
- Get 1 cup warm water
- Get 2 cups Maida (All-purpose flour)
- Prepare 2 tbsp oil
- Take 2 tsp yeast
- Get 1 tsp sugar

- Take 1 tsp oregano
- Take 1 tsp Olives
- Make ready 1/2 cup Capsicums

- Combine the yeast, sugar and 1 cup of warm water in bowl, mix well and cover it with lid and keep aside for 15 minutes
- Combine the maida, oil, red chilli, oregano, salt, yeast - sugar mixture, mix well and kned it into soft dough using enough warm water
- Transfer the dough on a clean dry surface and knead it well till smooth
- Grease a bowl with oil and place the dough in it and cover it with a cling wrap
- Place the dough in warm place for 40 minutes
- Remove wrap and knead it again in the bowl till smooth
- Grease an aluminum tin with oil and place dough over it and spread it using your fingers and creating depressions with finger tips
- Pour 2 tsp of oil over it, sprinkler olives, oregano, red chilli flanks, design with onion, capsicum press it lightly
- Bake in a pre heated ovean at 200c for 15 minutes
- Cool and demould it, enjoy focaccia bread
